NYS Riesling (2012)
These grapes were grown in the Finger Lakes Region (FLX) of NYS on the East Side of Seneca Lake. This Riesling shows the classic FLX character with intense floral notes on the nose with hints of chamomile. The palate offers hints of slate and mineral balanced by mouthwatering acidity with a nice balance of residual sugar.
