The grapes for this wine were sustainably farmed in the D3 Block of our Northville farm. All of our vines are grown on VSP trellis. Our Estate Reserve Riesling was machine harvested on September 14, 2012. The grapes were anaerobically pressed and the juice cold settled. Our classic slow cold fermentation yielded intense aromatics.
